Welcome to Sunday Tech Squad Pune. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Availability

We are a team of working professionals. Therefore, on-site services are exclusively available on Sundays between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Bookings are accepted throughout the week, but fulfillment occurs only on the designated Sunday.

2. Appointment Confirmation

Submitting a form on this website does not guarantee a slot. An engineer from our team will call you on Saturday evening to confirm the exact visit time. If we are unable to reach you after three attempts, your booking may be cancelled.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Estimated costs listed on the website are for labor/service only.
• The cost of hardware parts or official software licenses is additional and must be paid by the customer.
• Full payment is required immediately upon completion of the service on Sunday. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.

5. Data Backup & Liability

While our engineers take every precaution to protect your data, Sunday Tech Squad is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair or formatting process. It is the customer's responsibility to back up important files before our engineer arrives.

6. Hardware Warranty

We provide a 7-day service warranty. If the same software/setup issue occurs within 7 days, we provide a one-time remote fix for free. However, warranties for hardware parts (like SSDs or RAM) are provided by the respective manufacturers, not by Sunday Tech Squad.

7. Cancellation Policy

Please notify us of any cancellations by Saturday morning. Constant "No-shows" may result in the user being blacklisted from future Sunday service requests.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and clicking "Confirm Booking," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
